I will share how the organization I work with went from doing no work around DEI, to facing tremendous pushback when attempting to do this work, and what I learned along the way about how one or two people can truly change the culture of an organization.
Instead of giving up, or quitting, as much as I wanted to, I dug in to create the institutional change necessary for our DEI efforts to advance. I want to take what I learned to help you learn how to make big changes in the face of seemingly insurmountable opposition.
